Aviastroiteley Boulevard

Aviastroiteley Boulevard is a public urban space for which Lichtschneider specialists developed a lighting concept and prepared a lighting design project.

Lighting an urban boulevard is a task where light works on several levels simultaneously. It ensures safe movement during nighttime hours, creates a comfortable atmosphere for walks and recreation, supports architectural and landscape solutions, helps read the structure of the space — pedestrian axes, recreation zones, points of attraction. The nature of the lighting solution also determines how actively the space will be used in the evening.

During the concept development stage, general lighting principles were defined: light distribution by zones, hierarchy of sources, color temperature, nature of lighting accents. The lighting design project translated the concept into the working plane — with calculations, equipment layout schemes, lighting fixture parameters and connection solutions. All technical parameters were selected based on the task of creating a cohesive, safe and visually high-quality environment.

Working with public spaces requires a balance between functional requirements and the character of the place — light should not simply illuminate, but correspond to the role of the space in the urban fabric.
