Six-level parking garage at Vremena Goda Galleries Shopping Centre

For the six-level parking garage of the Galereya “Vremena Goda” shopping center, Lichtschneider specialists carried out lighting design, equipment supply, and installation work.

Parking garage lighting is a distinct type of challenge in lighting design. Here, light works primarily for functionality and safety: it provides proper visibility for maneuvering, supports navigation between levels and zones, and ensures comfortable movement of drivers and passengers from vehicles to the shopping center entrance. Multi-level parking presents heightened requirements — each of the six floors must have stable and quality lighting, while transitional spaces between levels require special attention.

Parking garage lighting parameters are regulated by normative requirements: illumination levels, uniformity of light distribution, glare limitation, and reliable equipment operation in conditions that differ from standard indoor spaces. The lighting design project took these requirements into account and translated them into working documentation — calculations, specifications, layout and connection diagrams.

The complete work cycle — design, supply, and installation — allowed us to maintain a unified approach at all stages and ensure that the implemented solution met the design parameters. Such technical facilities are an important part of shopping center infrastructure.
