Belka Shopping Centre

For the “Belka” shopping center, Lichtschneider specialists developed an interior lighting design concept, performed lighting engineering design, and carried out equipment supply.

Interior lighting for the shopping center is structured considering several levels of objectives. Light must support functional parameters — providing necessary illumination levels in each zone, correctly rendering colors, and ensuring safe movement. It must support the spatial navigation logic — helping visitors quickly orient themselves within the shopping center. And it must create atmosphere — defining the character of the space, making the experience comfortable, and supporting the cohesive perception of the facility.

During the concept development stage, the lighting character by zones, color temperature, source hierarchy, and principles of light interaction with architecture were determined. The lighting engineering project translated the concept into working documentation: illumination level calculations, equipment selection, installation and connection schemes. Equipment supply was carried out in accordance with the project, ensuring the implemented solution corresponds to the original vision.

This comprehensive approach — from idea to delivery — allows preserving the integrity of the lighting solution and working with the shopping center as a unified environment, rather than as a collection of isolated spaces.
