Sunrise City Shopping Centre
For the Sunrise City shopping center, Lichtschneider specialists developed an interior lighting design concept, performed lighting engineering design, and carried out equipment supply.
Interior lighting for a shopping center is a task where light is built as a system. Each zone has its own set of lighting objectives: the entrance area sets the character for the entire space, galleries support navigation, atriums and public spaces create an atmosphere for extended stays, areas near tenant storefronts work to correctly present merchandise. The concept unites these diverse objectives into a unified lighting solution.
During the concept development stage, the lighting character by zones was determined, along with color temperature, source hierarchy, and principles of light interaction with architecture. The lighting engineering project translated the concept into the working plane: illumination level calculations, equipment selection, installation and connection schemes, specifications. Supply was carried out in accordance with the project — this ensures the implemented solution corresponds to the original concept.
The “concept — project — supply” format within one company allows preserving the integrity of approach at all work stages and avoiding loss of meaning when transferring the project between different contractors.
