Park House Shopping and Entertainment Centre

For the “Park House” shopping center, Lichtschneider specialists carried out lighting reconstruction of the food court, developed a lighting design concept for interior lighting, conducted lighting engineering design and equipment supply.

The food court is a special zone in a shopping center. Here visitors don’t just pass through, but stay for extended periods — dining, socializing, relaxing. Lighting in such zones works for comfort of stay, for perception of food and space, for overall atmosphere. Lighting parameters — color temperature, color rendering index, light distribution characteristics — are selected with these scenarios in mind. Food court lighting reconstruction is a separate task that allows bringing the lighting solution into compliance with current requirements for such spaces.

Parallel work was conducted on the lighting design concept for the shopping center’s interior lighting as a whole. The concept defined the character of light by zones, color temperatures, hierarchy of sources. The lighting engineering project translated solutions into working documentation, equipment supply completed the cycle.

This comprehensive format — reconstruction of a separate zone combined with an overall concept — allows for sequential updating of the shopping center’s lighting environment while maintaining a unified approach.
